What types of beds do you offer? We offer a wide range of beds by appreciating your unique preference and budget. Our collection includes various mattress types such as memory foam, pocket sprung, orthopaedic, sprung mattress and hybrid mattresses, as well as beds frames like Divan beds, Florida beds, Hilton beds, Panel beds, Wingback Beds, Sleigh Beds, Arizona beds and other bedroom furniture.
How can I choose the right mattress for me? Mattress selected depends on a number of factors like your habitual sleeping posture, firmness level, health concern if any and budget. Our customer care team can guide you in this regard if you need any kind of assistance.
Do you offer bed frames in different sizes and styles? Yes, we offer bed frames and mattress range of size including small single (2.6ft x 6.3ft), single (3ft x 6.3ft), small double (4ft x 6.3ft), standard double (4.6ft x 6.3ft), king (5ft x 6.6ft) and super king (6ft x 6.6ft).
What is your delivery process? We have dedicated self-owned delivery vans to deliver orders all over the UK, it takes 24 to 48 hours to deliver any order from placement of an order. For delivery personnel to contact you before dispatching the product through call or text message, you have to respond to it as soon as possible so that your order can be loaded and delivered on time without fail.
What is your returns policy? Our objective is complete satisfaction of our valuable customers; however if any customer is not happy with our product, (s)he may ask for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery of the product.
Do you offer warranties on your products? Yes, all products possess a one year manufacturing warranty.
